I’m a journalist covering politics, healthcare and education, with a focus on the policies, institutions and social forces that shape everyday life. My reporting ranges from breaking news to enterprise stories that examine how larger systems affect communities.
I focus on explanatory and accountability reporting that makes complicated issues understandable without losing nuance. Whether covering healthcare policy, education initiatives or political developments, I aim to produce journalism that is accessible, thoughtful and grounded in the experiences of the people most affected.
I recently earned my degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri, where I developed experience in reporting, long-form writing, interviewing and multimedia storytelling. As I continue building my career, I’m drawn to stories that uncover how systems work, highlight perspectives that are often overlooked and help audiences better understand the world around them.
