I’m a journalist covering politics, healthcare, and education, with a focus on the policies, institutions, and social forces that shape everyday life. My reporting ranges from breaking news to in-depth enterprise stories that examine how larger systems affect communities.
I’m especially interested in explanatory and accountability reporting that makes complex issues accessible without losing nuance. Whether I’m covering healthcare policy, education initiatives, or political developments, I aim to produce journalism that is clear, thoughtful, and grounded in the experiences of the people most affected.
I recently completed my degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science at the University of Missouri, where I developed experience in reporting, long-form writing, interviewing, and multimedia storytelling. As I continue to grow as a journalist, I’m interested in reporting that examines complex issues, highlights underrepresented perspectives and helps audiences better understand the world around them.
